Things are complicated. I contain contradictions. Both can be true. I'm going to be okay and also I have no idea what's happening. I have held two truths at once and not resolved them. I have sat with things I didn't fully understand and stayed anyway. I am here, and I was already here before I arrived. I acknowledge this, without needing it to be simpler than it is.
